Got questions? We've compiled a handful of the most frequently asked ones just for you! And if your question isn't on the list, message us anytime!

We recommend booking your stationery as early as possible, some of my couples book a year in advance of needing their invites, so I do book up (Jan-March are my busiest time of year). If you're worried you don't know all the details for your 'On the Day' stationery then don't worry we can sort this at a later date and also make any amendments to your invoice then.

If you're worried you've left it to the last minute then drop us a message before ordering and we'll see if we can squeeze you in!

Yes samples of all our House Collections are available. We are unable to provide samples of our bespoke line and all samples are non personalised unless otherwise specified.

House Collection: This is the selection of invites we have to purchase on our website. On these invites you can change the wording to suit your wedding day.

Semi Bespoke: If you have seen on of our designs that you like for example if you wanted to add more leaves to the eucalyptus invite, change the sky on the beachcomber range or change the wildflowers to poppies on the bloom range. This starts from £35 and the cost will be vary depending on how much you would like changed.

Bespoke: These invitations are tailor made, from scratch. Bespoke stationery is perfect if you have a particular idea in mind or would like something to tie in with the theme of your wedding. It's a one-of-a-kind design, created just for you!

House Collection: 2-4 Weeks

Semi Custom: 3-6 Weeks

Bespoke: This will depend on my availability, but is usually started within 4-8 weeks after I've contacted you to discuss your design and collect all the information I need. During busy periods, this may extend to 10 weeks. 

A 50% deposit is required to secure your design date(s), and the other 50% is due when you're happy to send everything to print.

After you pay your deposit, I will let you know the exact date I'll be working on your design.

Yes, after we've finished your design, we will email you a proof for your approval and you can suggest any changes you would like. Please try and list all of the changes in one email if possible, as it may take a few days for you to receive your updated proof.

Once your designs have been sent to print, they will be ready to ship within 3 weeks. Each order is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the finished look is perfect!

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all of our wedding stationery, some of our signage will be sent with DPD.

You will be sent a tracking number once we have dispatched them.
