Refund policy

You are purchasing bespoke items, and there's no right to cancel an order for these custom products. Refunds are not available. If you decide not to proceed with the order and wish to cancel or terminate the agreement, unless agreed upon otherwise in writing, you'll be liable to pay the full quoted price for the products.

It's essential to check all proofs carefully. We cannot be held responsible for any errors once proofs have been approved. Only items that are faulty or damaged can be refunded or reprinted.

If Scotch Bay Studio cannot continue with the assignment, any deposit and additional payments made up to the point of cancellation will be repaid to the client within 14 days. No further compensation will be due to the client by Scotch Bay Studio due to such cancellation.

Services may be terminated by Scotch Bay Studio if the payment isn't made in line with these terms, if the client commits a significant breach of any of these terms and doesn't correct the breach within 14 days of written notification, or if the client enters any insolvency arrangement. Upon termination, the client must immediately settle any outstanding payments.

Scotch Bay Studio reserves the right to cancel an order at any phase if any of these terms aren't met. If a client is unresponsive to emails, proof reviews, or doesn't make timely payments, Scotch Bay Studio can deem the order as cancelled.

Should a client wish to cancel an order after making a deposit, it's crucial to inform Scotch Bay Studio promptly. All cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit. This decision is final, irrespective of the reasons.

Personalised orders can't be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

If there's a need to postpone your event (including due to reasons like the Covid-19 pandemic), Scotch Bay Studio will endeavour to shift your booking, along with the deposit, to align with your new date. However, this isn't guaranteed. If we can't adjust to the new date, this will be viewed as a cancellation, and any paid deposit will be lost. This policy remains firm, even under unforeseen circumstances like the Covid-19 pandemic.
